The definition of a classic is something that can’t be improved. After 25 years of research and hard work in the kitchen, we have decided to keep some of those classic dishes considered by our loyal customers as all-time favourites: tuna belly and green asparagus salad, king prawn tempura, salmorejo, scarlet prawns and white prawns, lamb chops… Fresh quality ingredients, prepared for you with care, simplicity and respect for tradition.

Rice dishes

We offer around ten different, delicious rice dishes created with flair and imagination and true both to traditional Mediterranean cuisine and home-cooking. These are dishes of unique quality: black rice with squid ink, regional rice dishes, rice with scarlet prawns, arroz a banda (rice cooked in fish broth), mushroom risotto…

What would traditional cuisine be without hearty stews and casseroles? They have been a staple for generations and these recipes are what we use for our white tuna casserole, Tolosa bean stew, lentils and verdina bean stew…the finest ingredients slow-cooked on a low heat with traditional seasoning, simmered to perfection using the wisdom of age-old recipes.

When we serve you scarlet prawns, monkfish or turbot, you can be sure that it is freshly sourced, caught using traditional methods and personally selected by our profesional team. Tuna, red mullet, viceroy, San Pedro, crayfish, langoustines, razorfish… Each full of the flavor of the sea and unique, served for you whole or in portions.

We select our red meats at La Finca Jiménez Barbero. Prime cuts of beef matured perfectly for optimum quality – tender, tasty and healthy. In our kitchen, we only enhance these qualities so that you can enjoy the aroma, flavor and texture of the best meat in the world. If you prefer something different, just look at the options available on our menu such as suckling lamb chops, rabbit cutlets, or steak tartare to name but a few.

Traditional desserts that are just right, highlighting the excellent fresh ingredients used to make them. We recommend…all of them! Particular favorites are our cheesecake or our special crème anglaise wafer. If you prefer a cheeseboard, you will find a spectacular selection of creamy, soft, hard or strong cheeses made from goat’s or sheep’s milk. Choose from national or imported cheeses. A real treat.
